DISORDERS OF CONSCIOUSNESS (DOCS) CENTERS SURVEY

Dear Colleague,

The International Brain Injury Association’s Disorders of Consciousness Special Interest Group (IBIA DOC-SIG) would like to invite you to participate in an online questionnaire to identify international centers who have an expertise in the assessment and treatment of patients with Disorders of Consciousness (DoC). The project aim is to help families and care providers that need information regarding DoC care pathways.  This information will be maintained on the IBIA website and available to anyone seeking information on this type of specialized care. IBIA DOC-SIG will notify you once the upload will be completed and visible to the public. We hope that you can spare 2-3 minutes to participate in this endeavor (click here).

We would appreciate if you could notify us of (or forward the questionnaire to) any colleague who works with/is a part of a program or unit that has expertise in DoC care, as our goal is to reach and give visibility to as many centers as possible. We ask to limit to one answer per center, unless more than one DoC program hosted within the same center. If you have any questions please contact Dr. Simona Ferioli at feriolsa@ucmail.uc.edu.

We thank you in advance for your participation in this project.

With warm regards,

IBIA DOC-SIG
